HIGHLY recommend using AAR as your go to company! A little background, I had been using another company for the past month trying to get my AC fixed, they told me I needed to have a part called a TXV replaced and then have my unit filled back up with 7lbs of refrigerant, I had already waited 2 weeks for them to initially come out and diagnose then I had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get the part in and come out to fix it, the guy came out to fix it and left and made our AC much worse keeping the temperature in the house at 80 degrees night and day, now mind you while no one likes to live in that temperature especially in the heat of FL summer I am also 9 months pregnant and completely over this situation. I reached out to AAR and Robert was out here the next day! He showed me how the other company had completely lied to me about replacing the TXV since the type of unit I have doesn’t even have a TXV, and also how they only put half of the amount of refrigerant in the unit that was needed. I was in shock, how does a company completely lie about changing a part that doesn’t even exist in our unit just to try to get more money out of us rather than actually fix the problem. I was so thankful that Robert came out as he was honest, thorough, and trustworthy in his work, he fixed our AC unit and had our house cooling within an hour! A month of run around and lies from another company all fixed within an HOUR by AAR! AAR will forever be our go-to company now! Not only did he fix our problem so quickly he also went above and beyond and gave us the resources to help fight this other company and get our money back! If you are like me and feel like you can never trust a contractor, I promise you this is a company that you CAN trust to do the job correctly, honestly and get you up and running again! This is a company that truly cares about it’s customers and the quality of their work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called to schedule system maintenance. Mr. Kinney came out and did a great job. Low and behold my Ac froze up on me a week later on a Saturday, called Mr Kinney, didn't know they were closed on the weekend's. But still got a return call ASAP, he walked me through everything thing to get me by for the weekend. He promised to be here on Monday. Sure enough he was...This Company goes above and beyond to take care of there customers. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Great people.

Can not recommend American Air enough!!! When our AC went out we called, right around close of business... Robert took the time to walk us through a few diagnostics, while he waited on the phone. He didn't rush us or even act like it was an imposition, at all. Even though it was late and his schedule was slammed, he found a way to work us in and was headed to our house, within the hour!! How fabulous was that!?! American Air will be our first call, in the future, for any of our AC needs.
